EWU is located just 17 miles from Spokane (Washington's second largest city). Click here for information on campus life at EWU. EWU is a quarter school and normally starts classes the 3rd full week of September. Spring Quarter ends the second week of June giving the students 3+ months of summer. The hockey team competes in the British Columbia Intercollegiate Hockey League (BCIHL). Players come from all over the western US and Canada. EWU offers tuition discounts for students from outside of Washington State as part the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE).
Players on the team come from Tier 2 Jr. A (BCHL, NAHL), Jr. B (KIJHL, PIJHL, NORPAC), and Major Midget AAA programs. If you are interested in becoming an Eagle fill out the form below.
